What counts as an active project?

Any project that isn't completed, cancelled or archived. Your plan sets how many can be active at once — Essential 3, Studio 15. The optional sample project never counts.

What happens to archived or completed projects?

Accepted Answer

They stay in your workspace, readable and searchable, and don't use capacity. Archived projects are read-only; reactivating one checks that you have a free place.

Do I pay for clients or contractors?

Accepted Answer

No. Client and contractor guest access is included on every plan. You pay per studio workspace, not per tool or guest.

How much can I use Kagemni?

Each plan includes a monthly Kagemni allowance, shown with your live usage on the billing page. AI use is not unlimited.

Question 5

What happens when the trial ends or I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Nothing is deleted. Cancellations and downgrades take effect at the end of the paid period. If you end up over capacity, your projects stay intact — you just can't add or reactivate projects until you archive some or upgrade.

How does billing work?

Prices are in USD. Monthly plans bill every month; annual plans bill once a year, upfront. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout. Upgrades apply immediately with the prorated amount shown before you confirm.
